Michelle Silva, Director – Operations
Michelle is responsible for the day to day operations of Customer Service in addition to overseeing our vendor network. Michelle has over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry.
Prior to ROAM, she was responsible for overseeing the supply chain at ReloTrans. She has also held various management positions with McCollister’s Transportation Group, Graebel Van Lines, and Bekins Van Lines where she provided direction for the customer service staff for national moves including scheduling, pricing, billing, labor coordination and service issue resolution.
Jesse Silva, Director – Business Development
Jesse has been in the relocation industry for 20 years and been involved in all aspects of relocation.
He spent 15 years with MSI Global Transformation Solutions, starting in a counseling role but most recently as Sr. Manager, Global Move Management Sourcing. He was responsible for overseeing the household goods supply chain which involved the distribution of moves to the van line partners; compliance and performance evaluation reporting; claim resolutions; and coordinating contract reviews and negotiations with supplier representatives. In addition, he assisted business development with supplier pricing for potential clients and handled new client implementations for household goods.
Bryan McDonald, Vice President
Bryan is responsible for the strategic direction of ROAM in addition to being involved in operations for Strategic Remarketing Solutions (SRS), the parent company of ROAM.
Bryan brings a broad base of experience from start-ups to established companies in supply chain, operation, and finance positions. He was the Senior Director of Partner Sourcing for Mobility Services International (MSI), Director of Fulfillment for Harvey Tool Company and Vice President of Operations for an international manufacturing company. He earned his BA from Providence College.
